Outrageous FIFA 12 glitch videos on YouTube

By: Daniel Chubb | October 2, 2011
The latest installment of FIFA has brought about the biggest changes in gameplay for sometime, with improved buildup before and during games, which makes the game feel like you’re watching the big football match on Saturday. The differences in player gameplay make it harder to tackle while giving you more skills and tricks when you got the ball; this update is a must for any football fan.
Following the release FIFA 12, we’ve now seen a number of glitch videos hit YouTube and while some are pretty cool, others are really outrageous. Some of these glitches were first shown in the FIFA 12 demo, but more have surfaced after the full game launched. READ THE FULL ARTICLE: ProductReviews

FIFA 12 UK release greeted with Arsenal player

By: Peter Chubb | September 28, 2011

With just days to go until the FIFA 12 UK release Arsenal fans will be pleased to know that Jack Wilshere will be making an appearance to help celebrate the launch of this anticipated game. For those of you who would like to meet their hero, then you will have to make your way to the Oxford Street branch of GAME – well it’s not as if he has anything else to do considering his injury.
What makes this special launch even better is the fact that Wilshere is one of the faces on the front of the box, so you will be able to have your photo taken with him and your copy of FIFA 12. However, Gigwise tells us that this will only apply to the first 80 attendees, so you had better get there early to avoid disappointment. You will only be able to purchase the game after 9am, and then have your copy signed at 4pm. READ THE FULL ARTICLE: ProductReviews

FIFA 12 is about evolution: Another review

By: Daniel Chubb | September 25, 2011

With under a week to go before FIFA 12 gets a release to all, some lucky people got it early, if you’re thinking of buying the most popular football game then you’d need to get informed on how good it really is, although the dedicated fan will not care too much about other people’s opinions.
There are a few FIFA 12 reviews floating around online, although some of those found on mainstream media websites are just recapping the features of FIFA 12 and prices. These reporters have not had any real time with the game, and certainly not hands-on. After giving the finished game a hands-on for around 30-mintes at EuroGamer in London we thought you need to know that it’s worth the money full stop. READ THE FULL ARTICLE: ProductReviews

Samsung ‘Nexus Prime’ a finalist in awards pre-release

By: Daniel Chubb | September 25, 2011

The Samsung Nexus Prime is sure to get a release date for next month, although the device may launch under another name. It’s not easy making sense of the Nexus Prime rumors and we’ve tried to focus on the most solid news in the mist of apparent leaks, and today we have one of the more solid stories.
Some names of finalists have been revealed for the CTIA Hot for the Holidays Awards, and as you can see in the image below, thanks to this source and ctia.org, you can see that a product is yet to be announced for the “Gamer and Entertainment Enthusiast” category, although we do know that product is for Samsung Mobile. FIFA 12 review from early players can only be positive

By: Peter Chubb | September 24, 2011

We knew that EA were to release an early download of FIFA 12 today, and that some fans of Manchester United might feel a little uncomfortable playing the game. However, we now thought that we would discuss what some of our readers thought. It is hoped that a review from some early players will be able to give us some sort of perspective on the game, and for the most part they seem to be positive.
Let’s get down to the most important issue first, and that’s the £17 price tag for a game that will only last a few days. If you are willing to pay that price, then how can you truly moan about the game? Some may say that you are stupid for paying that kind of money on a game that you will not be able to play soon – but look how much you pay to watch a movie in a cinema just for a few hours. Reactions to FIFA 12 demo, teams and expected release time

By: Daniel Chubb | September 13, 2011

The day has come to get your hands on the FIFA 12 demo, although the release time has not been confirmed by EA. The game demo will give fans a taste of what’s to come and is expected to go live on both the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live today.
Yesterday we heard about an early FIFA 12 review that was full of praise, we also posted our hopes for the commentators following the repetitiveness of the last game, and the new trailer showed some pretty cool skill moves. FULL ARTICLE: PR
