iPhone 5: Assistant adds to iOS 5 superpower, iPhone 4, 3GS owners despair

As we build up towards the inevitable announcement of the highly anticipated iPhone 5 smartphone, we have some very interesting rumors to share with you, solid rumors indeed in relation to a brand new voice-control feature that is meant to be a key part of the new software featured on the device.
That new voice-control feature is thought to be titled ‘Assistant’, and it will be Apple’s brand new take on voice-controls according to an exclusive insight reported over at 9to5Mac. They are claiming that Assistant will be compatible with the majority of apps available on the iPhone 5, which includes tasks such as sending a text message, asking for directions and making an appointment – all of which apparently can be activated solely using voice-controls.
